I thought it might be helpful to provide a simple list detailing the normal use for the products I make and sell.
I originally tried uploading a simple Word doc, but that didn’t work—so here are all the instructions listed right here for easy access:
ALL PRODUCTS ARE FOR EXTERNAL USE ONLY. IF IRRITATION OCCURS, DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.
Consult a physician before use if you are pregnant, nursing, have a known medical condition, or have sensitive skin.
Products may contain ingredients derived from nuts, seeds, or botanicals. Individuals with allergies (including but not limited to tree nuts) should review the full ingredient list and consult a physician before use.
Important: Avoid contact with your eyes. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water.
Usage instructions:
Soap:
Wet, lather, wash, rinse — use hands, a washcloth, or your preferred method.
Keep dry between uses to prolong life of bar.
Shampoo bars:
Wet hair, take shampoo bar and rub on hair a couple times (top and length if longer hair), put bar down, lather. If more lather is desired, rub on hair a few more times. Rinse, repeat as needed.
Keep bar dry between uses to prolong the life of the bar.
Conditioner bars:
After shampooing, take conditioner bar, rub on areas of hair where conditioning is desired. You will notice the soft, silky feeling as the bar is coating the hair. At that point, put the bar down. Rub on hair, let sit a couple minutes, rinse.
Keep bar dry between uses to prolong the life of the bar.
Whipped Body Wash:
Take a small amount and rub all over hands or wherever you want to clean/moisturize. Rinse. Alternately, use a pouf. You will get amazing luxurious bubbles! Make sure to keep covered and try to keep water out of container.
A small amount goes a long way! I use a small plastic spoon to remove the whipped soap from the container. This is another way to help keep water out of the container.
Caution: Tub/Shower floor may become slippery.
Sugar Scrubs/ Jojoba Bead Scrubs:
While washing, take a small amount and rub all over hands/legs/elbows or wherever you want to clean/moisturize/exfoliate. Rub in and rinse. Make sure to keep covered and try to keep water out of container.

Body Butters:
Use a spatula, small spoon, or clean, dry fingers to scape out a small amount of body butter. Gently massage it into your skin until fully absorbed, focusing on dry or sore areas. For best results, apply immediately after a shower or bath when your skin is still damp (but not wet). This helps lock in moisture. Wipe hands on a towel as needed after application.
Lotion:
Use a spatula, small spoon, or clean, dry fingers to scoop a small amount of the lotion from the jar using clean fingers or a spatula. Use circular motions to massage it into your skin until fully absorbed, focusing on dry or sore areas.
Arnica Magnesium Menthol Lotion:
This blend is designed for tension spots, tired feet, sore muscles, and stiff joints. Use the same application method as above, and always patch test before full use—especially if you have sensitive skin.
Remember, while arnica, magnesium and menthol offer incredible benefits, it's important to prioritize safety. Always perform a patch test before using any new product, especially if you have sensitive skin. Additionally, consult a physician before use if you are pregnant, nursing, have a known medical condition, or have sensitive skin.
Shower Steamers: Place steamer in shower away from direct water stream but where it still gets wet.
Optional: Hang in organza/mesh bag from showerhead or hook on shower wall. Spray with water to activate.
Each steamer may last 1–2 showers. Remove from water flow to save for next use.
Caution: Tub/Shower floor may become slippery.
Balm note: If any balms melt or soften due to heat, simply place them in the fridge to re-solidify. This won't harm the product. Store upright when possible to prevent leaks if melting occurs.
Puppy Paw Paste:
Rub into pups paws well as product is greasy for dry or cracked paw pads. In winter apply liberally just before heading out for a walk. This also helps to stop snow build up on paws/fur.
Beard Balm:
Check out instructions on my blog
Tattoo Balm:
Follow instructions provided by your Tattoo Artist and apply to newly created art or to already existing art for extra moisturizing and revitalization.
Lip Butter/Balm:
Apply to lips as needed
EXTERNAL USE ONLY. IF IRRITATION OCCURS, DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.
Enjoy! :-)
